AWDFlash problems?

I have an Iwill KK266R and I need to upgrade the BIOS so it can take advantage of my 1.4 gig Tbird. When I run the awdflash that comes with the bios, the machine locks up. I tried using an older version, but it just says "Insufficient Memory". What do I do?
 
Reseat your memory and make sure that Bios protection isn't turned on. You may have to change a jumper possition or an actuall setting in the bios. One more thing you can try is poping your battery off teh motherboard for a bit and then putting it back. Its gota be something simple thats being overlooked. Good Luck. 😀
