award bootblock: bios checksum error.......help

The last 3 reboots i got the message, then i'd reset and the system would post and boot windows fine. I haven't flashed the bios lately. What do you think is up with this? Is my bios having a problem?
 
this means there is an error in the bios code (sort of like a parity error) there's really no way to tell the nature of the error. could be nothing or could be fatal.
i'd backup important stuff and flash the bios.
