Just received my laptop from Dell - I took advantage of one of the small biz emails...

Well everything was great, laptop is blazing, and I was going through the process of setting it up....when I went to close the lid, the latch was stuck! It would close, but only after 4-5 gentle taps on the latch area after the lid was lowered. Sometimes it would stick open also.
I'll have to DHL it back, and of course the usual 5-8 day rule applies. So I'll have to wait until next week for my laptop. And it had even arrived early.
