Hello.

I was looking at a new pc game for myself. I wanted something fast paced and with multiplayer.

At the top of the list is AVP (new one). But I have a 7 year old son, and I am worried if I play it, it is too violent and bloody. Can you switch the settings? Is the multiplayer as bloody as the single player?

Bioshock 2. The multiplayer looks fun, but I probably wont play the SP.

SC2. It looks fun, but I already play DOW2 and enjoy it.

No, multiplayer is gory as hell just like the single player. Definitely not a game I'd let a 7 year old play, unless you want their head messed...

Fast paced, UT3. You can turn off the gore too. There is also UT99.

just picked up Avatar (online) and AVP myself at an etailer for a decent price. Gogamer i think?

I have UT3. The settings changes are really helpful.

I was not going to let him play AVP. Just watch. But ty for the info on multiplayer.

I looked at Avatar. It is a decent game from what I have seen and read. The game is for myself, and I would prefer AVP. However, I dont want a game that I might want to play in the evening that might scare him.

Thanks again for the info.
