I can feel her staring at me, i am avoiding looking back, just remaining empathetic and doing my thing on my pc. Yeah, it's a she, looked under tail.

If it doesn't work, I'll still care for her unconditionally, I'm certain this would work tho.

anyway, i am thinking about purchasing a dubia roach breeding kit

that's whats happening now

any input from other beardie owners?

Give a lizard what it wants: warmth and bugs. Get a heated mattress pad and let it sleep in your bed.

She still feels like prey I think, instinctually. Obviously she is not a prey item. Thus, the reason I am no longer locking eye contact with her, so she can develop a sense of security and independence. I'll slowly look at her as time goes by

You are surrendering the Alpha position. Beware the consequences.
This. You're being emotionally controlled by a lizard. Lizards are slightly above the rocks they're sitting on when it comes to emotional intelligence yet you're whiptail whipped.

Maybe a costume would help it bond better with you? :p

I'm not a bearded dragon owner, but speaking on behalf of the human race I like you more when I see you least. Maybe instead of avoiding eye contact you can avoid all contact. I bet your approval rating would go up.

I don't know much about dragons but I can tell you from experience to avoid saying the word Dracarys near dragons. Went through lot of polysporin that day.

So, you're saying you want to spend a portion of your life helping insects reproduce....

Understandable.

On Friday nights, all the mods and admins dress in bearded dragon costumes, and chase each other around.

I tried making direct eye contact with Perknose once, but since he is the resident alpha-lizard, it didn't go well for me. :p
Dude, you're supposed to keep mod business private! Now you're going to have to do penances!
