Avoid used Lenovo x201/X220 tablets? Any known issues?

I am torn between getting a used x201/x220 laptop vs. tablet.
Do the tablets have any known issues that make them best to avoid?
 
If you have any issues it's probably gonna be with either the rotating hinge or the lid latch. I'm only considering physical issues, the hardware under the hood is by-and-large the same.

Just treat your laptop like you actually care about it and you should be fine.

<- X200t, X201, X201t, X220, X230

In my opinion the tablet functionality was nice but I never really used it. I only picked up the tablet versions for their better screens/backlights (which stopped being the case around the release of the X201).
