DOnt know if anyone's ever heard of them, but they suck, flat out suck, they took over a month to send me the correct vidoe card and now that it's here, it still does'nt work right with my monitor, i can barely see the screen as i'm typing, and their response to this is "call back tomorrow for help" not realizing that i'm not only a college student, but i'm in NY, and they're in California!!!! sorry everyone, i just wanted to rant and rave about their incredibly bad service, avoid them like the plague, thanks
