How the hell this user not get banned after more then 3 non payment complaint puzzles me :\

bid on my auction and won, waited about a week just to tell me that a check will be sent out... after another 10 days, her payment is no where to be seen. WTF is up with this??? filed non-payment complaint and said she already paid for it??? :| what kind of fvcktard is this? waste of my freaking time, pisses me off.
 
btw, she live in TX and its only one border across from KS so it shouldn't take more then a few days if she really did sent in payment. filling FVF by the end of the week, out of everyone i'd dealt with so far, this one is the worst.

I put a Jeep soft top on there once and had 3 buyers do that,they either didnt have the money,didnt respond at all or said they really didnt need it now.Then you have to wait a 10 day period for each one to get a non paying bidder refund.Screw all that.
