I just ran a scan of my system & Avira showed it as being clean with the exception of a warning that the following file could not be read:

Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\Local Settings\Temp\eZwPmS5K.exe.part

I tried searching for "eZwPmS5K.exe.part" & "eZwPmS5K.exe" but got nothing, so i have no idea what that belongs to.

Would you just leave that file alone & do nothing or is it safe to delete it since it's in a temp file?

I'd delete it. My guess is it's part of a downloaded file that was perhaps aborted before completion.
