Avira and known compatability issues with sp2

after installing vista's sp2 on reboot i got a prompt that states avira has a known compatability issue with sp2, is this an issue to be extremely concerned with ?
 
Its a known bug with Avira version 8 and Vista SP2.
Uninstall Avira version 8 and download/install Avira version 9.
