They need to decide these things on a cost/benefit analysis. Cool and useful, maybe, but if it's not worth the cost, then we should devote money and effort towards something else. Like tobacco subsidies and Constitutional Amendments prohibiting gay marriage and allowing Schwarzenegger to become President someday.

It was NEVER supposed to replace the apache. It was a recon helicopter, the apache is an attack helicopter.

amazingly capable helicopter but probably a good move on a cost/benefit basis. Discovery Wings has an awesome show about it, the Comanche can go like 80 knots sideways and it has incredible maneuverability.

its the replacement for the kiowa warrior helicopter. the apache is a heavy gunship, the kiowa and comanche are scout helicopters.
