Avi to DVD?

I got the video from the DV cam to the computer using windows movie maker. Now the problem is that it is in wmv format and I don't have a program that can do anything with that!

Is there an easy way to burn a wmv to a dvd? Or say I use a different program to get the video into avi, then what is some free software to burn an avi to a dvd?

If you're using Vista you can use Windows Movie Maker/Windows DVD Maker.

+1 for ConvertXtoDVD. I use it and can say it's an excellent piece of software. I've also heard of Avi2Dvd but have not used it. It's a free avi to dvd converting software.
