AVI/DiVX/XViD to Animated Gif? Quick Question

Hey All,

Can someone recommend a good program to help me take a section of an divx/xvid and create an animated gif from it? I have found a few but have run into errors with the 123 avi to gif program and a couple others. Thanks alot!

I've never really dabbled alot with Flash. Would it be difficult to do? If so any other ideas? 🙂 Thanks all.
