AVG S-Tool question

I've installed AVG Admin 7.5 along with the S-Tool on a Windows 2003 Server to do remote installation of AVG on our network. I've looked at the Grisoft FAQ section on this and also on a technical forum where some people had a problem with this and it's still not working. When I use the S-Tool to connect to a system, it prompts me for a username and password. Since this is a domain system I'm trying to connect to I'm using a domain administrator account and password ("domain\admin account name" for username). I've also tried using the remote PC's local admin username and password but still nothing. I've verified that all of the appropriate ports are open on this remote PC and I've gone into the Local System Policies and made sure that it was set up properly (both are in the Grisoft FAQ). If anyone has any suggestions on this I would appreciate it.
