AVG requiring restart daily

Anyone have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

yes, there is a file you have to delete in the AVG directory. No matter how many times I reboot, it always says it often needs a restart until I delete the file.
Search on the AVG forums, thats where I found the answer. I do it at home, so I don't recall the filename while I am here at work.

That problem just surfaced for me over the past 6 months or so.
