Alot of shops now have a flate rate on OS and Application installs rather than hourly. Call your local shops and ask them what there rates are for those items.
Use Outlook's calendar and plan out your time, figure out how much you want to make for all this work then go and price out each operation that people want done.
All very useful info and I thank you guys for your input, I just purchased my virtual land (er domain) and have already started my website and pricelist. I'm well below what my local computer shops want for there time, and effort.
Excel has a generic Invoice template that I use.
The first sheet has what gets printed for the Customer, second sheet has the hours breakdown for my records and the total hours are linked back to the primary.
