AVerMedia UltraTV PCI 350 question

Ok I am looking to get a card that allows me to watch and capture my tv onto my computer... I was looking at the AVerMedia UltraTV? PCI 350 and was wondering if it was any good or if you guys have suggestions on a different card to go with such as an AGP card.

Also how hard is it to install in your computer?
