Staples has the same deal as well, $899.99 - $100 rebate = $799.99 and free shipping. I bought one from them about 1week ago for the same price, and it seems to be a solid unit if all you are looking to do is word processing/watch DVDs/web browsing. So far, this thing is even having trouble playing Counter-Strike (an older game which my old Pentium III IBM T22 could even play) so don't expect to play too many games on this machine. I am also on machine 3 as the first two had defects in the LCDs (pressure points or "shadows" where areas of the screen would be dimmer than others). The keyboards are also notorious for having a "design flaw" in that the left side of the keyboard seems to be more loosely mounted to the laptop chassis than the right, so the keys on the left side make a louder "clankity" sound. Overall, its a nice little laptop for the price, but I am considering returning it to get something else that has a little more graphical capabilities, and less "design flaws".
