i'm very dissapointed with my cable internet. before i call and b!tch at them, does anyone know what the average upload is supposed to be for cable internet?
 
im getting 256kbit ... which is pretty bad IMO, however worlds better than dialup, and for the amound I pay ... a good bargain considering how much bandwidth i consume.
 
Optimum Online allows max of 125KBps upload (1Mbit) sustained. That's ludicrous speed.
