Temps sound fine to me. My p4 2.8B @ 3.06 idles around 38 and loads around 55 (heavy gaming for long periods of time in a hot ass room). Just make sure you have a lot of air moving (I added an extra intake and exhaust just for this summer)
You should be able to take that cpu to 3.4 easy. And if possible, spend the extra $30 to get a good HSF.

The sensors are the same dude. LOL, like the software can magically find out the "real" temps. ROFLes.
