Question Average FPS dropped a week after building PC HELP ME

Hey guys, so i built my gaming pc about a week ago and was running valorant on an average of 230-250 fps. One day my pc randomly restarted 2 times (likely due to overheating bc fans weren’t adapting to temp) and now my fps fluctuates from 130-190 sometimes even down to 90fps and some points. I’ve reset my entire PC and nothing changed. Any of u guys have an idea? Would buying an AIO help this? Ive also been advised to reseat my gpu and ram but i wanted to get a lot more opinions before. My benchmark test also ran fine which is very confusing. HELP ME specs and benchmark below
