It's a plugin for IE, and although i've been in love with Google toolbar for the last year, this blows Google out of the water. There are tab browsing! You can set it to disable Flash (the VAST majority of flash i encounter are ads)! And if you download Roboform, you also get the quick information form filling that Google had.

There are other small neat features too... like people without more than 2 buttons on their mouse, can forward and backward browse by clicking and holding down the right mouse button, then clicking on the right (to back up a page)... or reverse it to forward a page.
