Yep, koolaid and grain alcohol, unless you are careful, can hit you real hard real fast. Thats actually the problem, is that its the total party drink and people who are drinking it don't realize its as potent as it is till you are on your ass. But once you realize how strong it is, its good stuff.

I haven't even seen Everclear at the Indian liquor stores in WA.

Oregon is kinda pricey--if you know anyone driving to California or Nevada, ask them to pick you up a couple of fiths.

I had a cookbook with a recipe for limoncello and it was supposed to be one of the better recipes...no clue where I put the book though lol.

I did make some blueberry lemonade based on the recipes in the book and it was fantastic...until it went bad =( but fantastic before then lol.

Pirraps I shall find the book and make some limoncello myself.

But anyway, if you can't get everclear why not substitute a strong bottle of stoli? Like a 100 proof bottle or something. Yeah it's not quite as potent but I never really felt that getting knocked out from one or two drinks was such a great idea(been there, puked, not fun).

So yeah, one time I went to a party, and drank 1 and a half Kamikazes. Unfortunately they were in beer cups. And thus, not small servings. To make things more unfortunate, they had also made the Kamikaze's without any lime juice, and had only put liquor in it. Now here is the problem. I didn't really know what a Kamikaze was at that point, so I had just drank 1 and a half beer cups of liquor. Yes there was ice, but not enough to make that an amount of liquor one should be consuming at such a rapid pace. And so...

Yeah that wasn't a fun night.

Stoli (Short for Stolichnaya) is a brand, they make vodka.

I've never had any problem finding everclear here in OR, they've always had the real thing as well as the generics.

I have a jar of maraschino cherries upstairs that has been soaking in everclear for two weeks now. They are damn potent.

I guess I was not aware you could get vodka in different proofs... *sigh* I am too much a wine drinker.

My wife actually just made cherry bounce with absolut vodka, cherries, and some cinnomen (sp?). It was ready last week and was very tasty, though we just threw out the cherries.

This doesn't really affect your search at all, but I'm not sure if that's because it's illegal in PA, or because you can only buy alcohol in PA through the state Liquor Control Board.

Edit: Good luck with your everclear... I brought some home from Indiana for my friend once, but he wouldn't let me set any on fire.

All I remember is filling it up and letting it soak for a couple of hours. The area with the seeds were the most potent parts. I had a lot of seeds that day.

I kept telling my friend that all that liquor was going to spill all over the place when we cut up that melon, but that didn't happen. And yes, it was one super powerful melon.

Take 2 large bottle of Golden Grain or Everclear
3-4 gallons of Hawain Punch
Cut up apples, oranges, banannas, or any kind of fruit you like stir it all together. let it sit for a few hours, drink up and watch the hilarity insue.

Had a party once, my roomates and I made this. I invited this hot little 18 yr old blonde I had met the night before over and she drank it just like koolaid, I tried to get her to slow down but she wouldnt an hour into the party she was in my bathroom puking. This was shortly after she told me she wanted to F#@K my brains out. Needless to say it was quite the let down. She ended up spending the night on my bathroom floor while I layed in my bed and jacked off.

Jack Daniels is 40% so that's 80 proof (43%/86 proof if you get the black label). So 1 shot of 190 proof Everclear is ~2.5 shots of JD. Won't kill you, but guaranteed to fvck you up very quickly. Also, it tastes like a$$ when taken in shot form... you've got to mix it if you want to drink any sizeable quantity
