AV7 and 4-in-1 drivers, to use or not to use?

I am sure that others have asked this question, but here goes. I just purchased an Asus AV7 motherboard and have had no problems what so ever. So the question is, will I benefit from installing the 4-in-1 drivers? If I should what is the best revision (most stable) and where can I get it from (the Asus site appears to be down at the moment. I am asking about this because I have heard bad things about the 4-in-1 drivers and some motherboards, and I really don't see the need to install something that will not improve my performance. Any information that anyone is willing to give would be greatly appreciated. Here are my system specs:

AMD 1 Ghz Processor
Asus AV7 Motherboard
256 MB Corsair Ram
Voodoo 5 5500 AGP
Sound Blaster Live!
U.S. Robotics 56K modem (yeah I know it's slow but I will be on a wireless connection soon)
Creative labs DVD and Dxr2 Decoder
Iomega Zip 100
Iomega 4 x 4 x 36 CD RW

Again any info that anyone can provide will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Get the newest Via drivers for your A7V, and also get the new bios for it. Works Great!!!!

Thanks for the replies. I updated to the 4.25 drivers and everything still seems very stable. I love this motherboard, it is probably my favorite that I have ever owned. Easy install, really stable, the 4 IDE (especially the ATA 100 since I bought a new 40 Gig Western Digital HD that supports ATA 100) IDE's and 5+ USB ports, all for less than $150 U.S.. Excellent buy I highly recommend it to anyone using a fast AMD processor.

Thanks again for the info, by the way is there any Power Management Settings that I need to disable that anyone knows of after installing the drivers (I really hate power management)?

Thanks,

Yeah that's what I did, but sometimes programs and drivers like those install things in weird out-of-the way places. So I didn't want to overlook anything, and have to go hunting around my Rig to find some stupid boxes to check to turn it all off.

Thanks,
