AV software causes incomplete downloads.

:twisted: So, i can't download anything without it being corrupt. This problem started when i installed Windows 7. I never had this problem on any older versions of windows D:

So, i uninstalled AVG and the problem went away!

Installed- Avira- Problem came back.

Uninstalled Avira and problem gone!

Installed Malwarebytes AV.. problem back
Installed- Avast- Problem came back.


So far i tried many AV's with the same problem. I even brought a new NIC card and same problem.

Only way to solve this is running no AV protection.

That's weird. I've never had problems like that. Try playing with the guard settings, and see if that changes anything. With Avira, you can set it to scan when reading, writing, or both. See if those make a difference. I have mine set to both.
 
Check your basic security levels. You can also put key download sites in as "Trusted." (Internet Options/Security.)
