in speedfan 3.4 it says for my wolfdale duo oced to 3.6

(idle)
system 33c
cpu 34c
aux 119c
core0 42c
core1 42c

looking at the fan speeds, it says aux0 and aux1 fans are 0rpm

which is the aux fan?

as far as i can see everything is spinning fine (6 big fans + 3 little ram fans)

something must be 119c tho ??

thanks for your help

while i'm on the subject i may aswell also check that 42c idle / approx 62c full load is acceptable temperatures for my 3ghz wolfdale + p5k mobo

thankyou

aux fans are fans plugged into the fan headers on the mb. i'm assuming u r powering the fans with 4 pin molex, in which case they won't show up since there's no relay of information from molex to mb.
temps look fine and Aux is some random thing that doesn't matter.
