autoupdate 3rd party root list? Without my authorization?

According to my event viewer my system has successfully autoupdate retrieval of 3rd party root list cab from: download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/V3/statis/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab Under services I set my autoupdate to manual. Apparently this was reset by XPpro to "started" during this particular update. I did not authorize an update. Nor did I go to windowsupdate site.

SO...How do I find out what was loaded or "updated" on my system?
