Autosync palm?

I have a palm iiixe. I have like 3.5 meg of avantgo channels that i like to look through when im bored at school. Id like to sync it right before i take my shower in the morning, however i often forget to, which means syncing it right before i leave, which isnt enough time to get all of my avantgo synced. Is there any way to get hotsync manager to auto sync around 6am or are there othere programs thatll do this?
