Autostart in Redhat Linux

I just installed Redhat 7 on my machine. I have been reading up on autostarting and I have been doing all kinds of crap but I can't get this to work.... I am trying to get VNC to startup when linux loads. I have redhat launching into its login GUI right now. What I want to do is have VNC launch so that I can connect with VNC then login via the redhat GUI. I have gotten VNC to load after I login but not before. I am using a special VNC loader that has to be launched from within the GUI so basically I need this to happen:

Linux Boot
GUI Boot
--PROGRAM LAUNCHED(VNC)--
GUI Login Displayed

I want it to run like a service does in NT.
