Autorun program from usb drive?

Is there any way to have a program on a usb drive run automatically when it is inserted in any computer? I put an autorun.inf file in the root directory with:

[Autorun]
Open=PStart.exe
Action=Open PStart
Icon=PStart.exe

but it doesn't seem to do anything at all.

umm, i don't know much about this, but the icon should refer to an icon file. not to the app. the icon file is the picture. i suggest you look at Autorun on CD's such as the windows cd. also, make sure that autorun is turned on.

most exe files have an icon built into it. that part isn't an issue
