Autorun On/Off for my cdrom dirve

okay, i notice sometimes that autorun works when i put a cd into my driver, but sometimes not....and yeah, the cd does have the autorun inf in it, i checked.

is there an option somewhere where i could check to see if autorun is enabled on my drive?

should be in device manager under settings for the drive!

Right-click on My Computer. Select Properties. Then Device Manager. Hit the + beside CD-ROM. You'll see your CD-ROM come up. Click on it and select Properties. Click on Settings. You'll see Auto Insert Notification. If you don't want that then uncheck it and restart the computer.

You can keep the setting and auto-disable it when you put a CD in by holding down the Shift key.
