AutoPlay Problem

Whenever I put my Memory Stick into the reader in my emachines m6805 laptop I get a screen then says autoplay and has a blue bar going across it. It stays up for about 5 seconds then the box goes away and 5 seconds later comes back. I cannot get to the info on the sitck.
