autoplay disabling

I want all autoplay for my cd/dvd drives turned off. I'm running 2K and used tweakui to disable both data and audio autoplaying. However, the audio autoplay (which also controls DVDs) keeps turning itself back on somehow. Any idea what might be causing that or how to permanently turn it off? I think it may be powerdvd software that's turning it on, but I'm not sure.
 
with the admin account, goto your winnt/system32 directory. Load the group policy editor - double click on 'gpedit.msc' and goto 'computer configuration - administrative templates' and goto 'system' click on 'disable autoplay' and enable it.
