What was the highest output Pontiac engine ever factory installed in a Pontiac car?

Bonus question: what was the nickname of those cars when raced on the track?

421 V8 in the Pontiac GTO?

Nicknamed Goat

EDIT: after googling, I see they didn't put the 421 in the Goat, it was put in the Grand Prix and the Catalina in 1962. So I have no idea what the nickname is, though the motor part of the answer should be right.

Yea, I guess they added even more Aluminum parts to the Catalina in 1963, and since the parts would litterally melt, it got that nickname. Crazy
