Here's their home page I placed an order for some PIAA driving lights yesterday. This morning, I went poking around on their site and found the KC Daylighters HERE that I really wanted.
I called them up, gave them my order number and they changed my order, instantly. Wow, genuine customer service. No arguements. No additional restocking fee. No customer service fee charge. No crap. Just a friendly woman on the phone who gave me exactly what I asked for. What a concept.
I was going to order the KC lites from JC Whitney, but they wanted $25 for shipping. What a rip.
So, I went poking around for cheaper prices and came across Automotive Accessories and their PIAA lites...didn't see the KC's until this morning. My bad.
Just wanted to report a postive customer experience. I'm always the one bitching about lousy service, so I thought I'd try and say something nice for a change. Usually, you never hear about the good stuff; people only take the time to complain, usually. End report.

I ordered the black painted ones. They will blend nicely with my black grill guard. Cant' wait.
