automatically turning off the PC after 1.5 hours

is there a program that can do this...make the cpu turn off after x amount of time and can't be turned back on without some type of password?

my sister has an exchange student and she's been spending too much time on the pc. my sis wants to limit her time to 1.5 hours but isnt always there to enforce.

She could password protect the computer, and let her on only when she IS there to enforce...

im going to make two windows profiles. one for my sis/bro in law and one for her.

aquarius soft pc shutdown pro looks good...i just need to configure it to start a countdown as soon as it starts up in windows in the student's profile.

if you're only concerned about shutdown--just use windows scheduled tasks with shutdown.exe
have it only run when she logs on
no need for 3rd party

edit: also, depending on her computer use schedule--you can just limit her login to be active during certain times
