Automatically send e-mails on specific days

Looking for calendar or any other software that will automatically send a e-mail to different people on the days I choose to send that e-mail.
For example I want to send my kids a e-mail on the first of the month (every month) to remind them they need to pay dad back the money I lent them! LOLOL
I would like to set up a schedule one time and forget about it until I have to add or make changes.
Yahoo , Gmail, windows live mail, etc. don?t have this feature. (or I missed finding it) Also looked at Thunderbird for Firefox and nothing there.
I use two pc's.. Laptop is running Vista and desktop is running xp.

Just spent a few hours looking around and there really isn?t anything out there that is priced that I can afford that will do what I want.

BUT!!!!!!
I remember that when I worked I used the task scheduler to start programs and run files.
Sure enough Vista has a task scheduler and it can send e-mails on the days and time of my choosing.
I just have to figure out how to do it because I get error messages when I try to set it up.
