Automatically Redial software needed

I use university's web service as my ISP and it wouldn't let you maintain online status for more than 4 hours, so I have to redial every 4 hours, not a good idea when I am in school. so i need some software which could automatically redial when disconnected. Is there any this kind of stuff exist? I think it is not difficult.
 
Look for a "redial if line is dropped" under properties for your connection. You shouldn't need a 3rd party application to do what Windows DUN can do on its own...
