Automatically get height info from ads so the page doesn't move

These ads at the top of the screen, which seem to be mostly for Dell and Razr, usually take around a half second to load for me. Around the time I want to click on something, the ad loads and the page content shifts downward.

Would it be possible to get the height information from the ad and shift the content down before the ad loads so this doesn't happen?

If the ads were put IN A FRAME,it wouldnt bother the page size @ all.... Everything would stay IN THAT FRAME...

I dont see why they dont just disable ads for members like city-data does.... It seems like they dont care and its confusing to me........ (If city-data can do it they can as well)
