Solved! Automatic repair loop?

First month into having a computer it gave me a blue screen and then I turned it off for a little bit I'm trying to get it back up and running for school and I'm stuck in this automatic repair loop it says a code
WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtaTrail.txt

I am wondering if I screwed myself or like I need a new piece of hardware I don't know!
