Is there any way to configure my account so that I receive an E-mail notification when a new post is made to a specific thread?
Thanks in advance.
 
Check "Subscribe to this topic" (under the "Reply to Topic" button) when you reply to a thread to have notifications automatically sent. 🙂

In your Personal Options of your Forum Profile, you can choose whether to have them delivered by email (the default, IIRC) or PM (I use the latter).
