Automatic folder syncing between 2 computers

I know about the Synctoy utility from MS, but I was wondering if it's possible to have folders automatically synced between 2 computers?

For example

I drop files in folder xyz on on Computer 1 and it's automatically synced on computer 2 without me having to do anything. And Vice versa.

I googled it, my computers are networked. I need something that won't have to route the info through the net first.
