Automatic Feedback Tool for Ebay?

I've heard of some people having automatically generated feedbacks and also automatic bots that respond to emails. How do you go about configuring one of these and how is it done?

don't know...but i see how it could come in handy if that's your business and you have to leave 50+ feebacks a day...
