automatic entry of Product Key for Windows install?

I find myself regularly installing and reinstalling Windows on a couple of test environments I'm running, and it is a minor nuisance having to type in the product key during the installation process each time. I remember that at a place I used to work they had their Windows NT install files set to where it automatically entered the product key so that they wouldn't have to do this. Is there any way to do this with the newer versions of Windows (2000/XP/Server 2003)?

yes, set it up in an unattended install answer file.
