I have a script that automatically backups the quickbook files. It has execution errors when QBDBMgrN.exe is still in the task manager. Even when quickbooks is closed this still stays in memory and it would have to be manually ended within task manager which I don't want people to have to worry about or forget about.
Is there a way I can set to have this wipe out of memory at a certain time of the day before the backup script starts. I have found no built-in method within windows that will allow me to schedule a stop task on a specific server. I don't care about restarting it again because it will start automatically the next day when someone starts quickbooks back up again.
