Automated process killer?

Homerboy

Lifer
I runa small DOS program on my win2k server 24x7
The only problem is it DOESN'T run 24x7. While it appears to keep running, in reality its not. Seems to die at midnight every night.

What I am looking for is a way to kill that DOS program at say 11:59. I can get it to run at midnight again. That's not the problem. Its getting it to SHUT DOWN first.

Would another .bat file to kill the other .bat/.exe be feasible?

Any takers?
