You know what I'm talking about:
"Press 1 for this, 2 for that" and so forth.
And if you know this, you'll also know the joy of "please enter the (insert number type) using your keypaid or by saying it".
The list could go on...the neverending button pressing.
I discovered while calling USPS that if I mash the keys when I hear the voice, I actually get connected to a human.
It's worth a shot for everyone else.
