automated dvd ripping for winxp? and dvd ripping that takes advantage of smp?

i recently got a 2U server

what i want to do is setup winxp on it and use it to rip dvds, but currently on my xp system, i have to use claddvdxp, dvd to avi, and then virtual dub.

is there any program that does all this in and automated fastion so that i can click start and come back in a few hours and i have a nice 700-900mb divx file?

and are there any programs that do this that take advantage of smp? (dual p3 500s, 1gb of ram, scsi subsystem)
