Yeah, you kept a higher resolution(672x288 compared to my 528x224. We also found that the newer version you are using was a little slower, but slightly higher quality as well. I changed my resolution to a fixed width of 528 in the advanced settings, so it matched the settings I ran my X2 and pentium-d with.
 
appreciate the tips, agk has to be the cleanest divx-xvid converter out there, just glad its automated now... hopefully we will get some other input on other set ups.
