AutoFX Dreamsuite , anyone run this?

I bought Dreamsuite 2 for Photoshop, it works... sort of. On a couple of the filters, when I try and run them it gives me an error box and crashes. I reinstalled windows with a deltree and reinstalled photoshop & Dreamsuite and same thing. I e-mailed them but apparently they have no clue. I find it hard to believe I'm the only one having this issue. it ALWAYS happens on the film strip filter if I select any other preset other then the default.
